4. Payment Terms
For paid engagements, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. We accept payment in USD via the methods specified in the invoice.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects. Detailed confidentiality terms will be included in our service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner. New intellectual property created during the course of our services will be addressed in the specific service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBAT LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including any arising from the use of free content or tools provided on this website.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
WBAT LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated and become effective 30 days after notification.
